By registering as a delegate for the Suhar Investment Forum 2026 you agree to the terms below. Use the accordion to expand each clause.
Registration is complete only on receipt of full payment and written confirmation from the event organizers.
All registration fees must be paid in full to secure participation. Payments are non-refundable; substitutions may be permitted with prior written approval from the organizers.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the event organizers.
Delegates must present a valid ID (Civil ID, residence card, or passport) along with their event ticket at registration. Access is subject to successful registration and security protocols.
Delegates must act professionally and respectfully. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may lead to immediate expulsion without refund.
Professional photography and audio/video equipment require prior consent. Organizers may use photos and recordings for promotional purposes.
The schedule, speakers, and sessions may change without prior notice; organizers will endeavour to communicate updates in a timely manner.
The organizers are not liable for delays, alterations, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control (acts of nature, government regulation, etc.).
Formal attire is mandatory for all delegates (Omani nationals and expatriates). Entry may be denied for non-compliance.
Delegates are encouraged to network. Business cards are welcome; distribution of promotional materials by non-sponsors/exhibitors is discouraged to maintain professionalism.
Delegates should attend sessions on time. Late entry may be restricted to avoid disruptions.
Delegates must comply with any health and safety protocols implemented by the organizers or venue.
Delegates may be asked to provide feedback via surveys during or after the event to help improve future editions.
By participating you grant permission for use of your likeness, voice, and image captured during the event for promotional, marketing, or archival purposes.
Organizers are not responsible for personal belongings lost or misplaced during the event. Delegates should keep valuables secure.
Delegates are encouraged to share experiences using event hashtags. Sharing confidential information from B2B sessions is strictly prohibited.
Delegates must comply with laws and regulations of the Sultanate of Oman. Organizers are not responsible for legal implications arising from non-compliance.
The organizers are not responsible for personal property lost, stolen, or damaged. The B2B Meeting Booking Platform will open shortly; an access link and instructions will be emailed to registered delegates when it becomes live.
Acceptance
By completing registration you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions. Organizers may amend these terms as required.
